Customized/Personalized Gifts: Processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, as they require meticulous design, preparation, and strict quality assurance checks.
4. Estimated Transit & Delivery Times
Once dispatched from our fulfillment center, the delivery duration depends on your location:

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5 – 7 Business Days
Remote Locations / North-East Regions: 7 – 10 Business Days

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Verification
Verification Call/Message: To prevent fraudulent orders, all COD bookings undergo a quick verification process. Our automated system or customer desk will reach out via WhatsApp/Call to confirm your address details. Unverified COD orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.
COD Fee: A nominal convenience fee may be applied to COD shipments at checkout to cover courier collection charges.
Refusal Terms: Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of verified COD parcels may result in the suspension of COD privileges for your account/address on future orders.
6. Address Accuracy & Re-shipping
Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete shipping details including apartment/house numbers, landmarks, and a working mobile phone number.
Wexora Gifts cannot be held legally or financially liable for failed deliveries stemming from incorrect information provided by the customer.
If a parcel returns to our facility due to an incomplete address or non-availability of the recipient, standard re-shipping charges will apply to re-route the order.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We pack your delicate and sentimental gifts with maximum protective padding. However, if transit damage occurs:

If you notice visible external damage, we highly recommend taking photos/videos before opening it.
Report transit-damaged items or missing items to our support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and an unboxing video.
